I am one of those people who have been kind of a Christian their whole life. I’m not sure when the turning point came except it might have been right before I got married and my husband -to -be and I were having problems and spoke to a Baptist minister and he said that we were sinning in our relationship. I don’t know what it was but I felt this overwhelming sense of guilt (and remorse ). I felt dirty so I prayed. After that time I became a “practicing “ Christian and began to read the Bible and go to church. However, I’m not sure, but I don’t believe that I started living my life for God until after my husband died. I really don’t know when I became saved. How important is it that I know. I live for God now, read his Word every day and do 3 Bible studies per week. How important is it that I pinpoint my conversion day? Thank you.
