We must be vigilant to get our information about God from God’s own self-disclosure and not assume to know something about God that he has not revealed.
The Christ of the New Testament has provided and communicated all we need, not only to secure our perfect redemption, but for all the problems we & our world face!
We should be sincerely grateful and seriously motivated to embrace God’s powerful and life-changing word to us!
God has revealed himself clearly, and it is our responsibility to respond thoughtfully and carefully to his revealed information!
God’s breaking of natural law is not the norm, nor should it be our expectation We should expect his intervention within the laws he made, not in the way he did for the prophets for whom he was verifying his new revelation.
We must be focused on acquiring wisdom for life from God’s words and reliant upon his Spirit to appropriate it!
